Maybe worth a try

missmaryrMy cat Sugar is not fixed because she never goes outside and my two male cats are fixed. (I used to say "whacked" because it makes all the males in the vicinity wince. Without fail).
That doesn't stop Loki from trying. When I told the vet, she said sometimes a fixed male can get a female out of heat, so leave them alone.
However, when I watch, it's pretty clear that Loki has no idea what he's doing. After all, he is missing an important piece of equipment. Hardware failure, so to speak.
I don't know, though. Before she got fixed, the other female, Spice ( hey, I didn't name them) and Sugar used to help each other out. I used to have pictures, but they got deleted when I dropped my phone in the toilet.
One of the cats bumped my hand. Makes you wonder.
